RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the sensitive nature of creating and transporting art, returns and refunds are not offered simply for change of mind.

Returns are not available for artworks damaged during shipment.

These will be covered by shipping insurance.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If an artwork is damaged in transit, we have it fully insured. You must notify us within 7 days of any damage, so please check the work as soon as you receive it and inform us of any issues. 

Insurance cases are handled fully by Shopify's team if damaged in transit due to courier handling.   You can either be refunded in full or request the artist to create something unique for you.  You and the artist will be compensated in full by the insurance.
